Service Description

Let's slow it down a little and focus on a 40 Minute Strengthening Session. Resistance based training utilizing weights and machines around the studio with a focus on technique, bigger movements. and increasing strength. These sessions will help increase lean muscle mass, tone the body, and strengthens targeted areas. Sessions will have a "Finisher" at the end to make sure everyone walks out with their heart rate up and a good sweat! All sessions cater to ALL fitness levels.
