Service Description

These sessions are designed towards a HIIT base, but use more cardio equipment. It also provides a mixture of long and short effort workouts and lots of body weight work. Burpees, Ball Slams, Pull Ups, Box Jumps, Bikes, Ski Ergs and more. Expect to start hard, burn lots of calories, and walk out of the studio nice and early ready to book into your next session! All sessions cater to ALL fitness levels.
